  • Make sure to have your device details and IMEI ready before you begin (this is a 15-digit number unique to each device). To find your IMEI, dial *#06# on your phone, or go to Settings > General > About and scroll down to the IMEI

  • Pay the excess fee, if applicable, and you'll receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant information about next steps
