- Make sure to have your device and IMEI ready before you begin (if applicable). IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity. Think of it as your phone's fingerprint — it's a 15-digit number unique to each device
- In the portal, describe the damage or issue with the device and get your personalized resolution option
- Pay the excess fee, if applicable, and within 24 hours you will receive an email containing all the information you need to get your device repaired.
